Service Areas by Region
We've organized our coverage into regional hubs so you can quickly find your community and learn why our sealing solutions are tailored for your specific area.
Greater Concord Area
Our Home Base - Fastest Response Times
As our headquarters city, the Greater Concord area receives our fastest response times and most flexible scheduling. The capital region's mix of historic neighborhoods and newer subdivisions means we handle everything from aging concrete walkways in Penacook to gleaming stamped patios in the new developments off Exit 15. Road salt from I-93 and I-89 makes annual sealing critical for any driveway within a mile of the interstate corridor.
Lakes Region
Lakeside & Waterfront Specialists
In the Lakes Region, our heavy-duty moisture-resistant sealers are essential for lakeside patios that face constant high humidity, intense winter winds off Winnipesaukee, and aggressive freeze-thaw cycling. Waterfront properties around Laconia, Meredith, and Gilford experience some of the most punishing environmental conditions in the state. Our UV-stabilized sealers also protect against the intense sun reflection off the lake surface that accelerates color fading.
Southern NH / I-93 Corridor
High-Traffic, High-Salt Zone
The I-93 corridor from Manchester through Nashua is the most salt-saturated stretch in the state. NH DOT applies more deicing chemicals per mile here than almost anywhere else in New England. Driveways in Bedford, Merrimack, and Londonderry are constantly exposed to salt-laden runoff tracked in from vehicles. Without a chemically resistant sealer, we've seen brand-new stamped concrete develop white discoloration and deep pitting within a single winter season.
Seacoast & Route 101 Corridor
Coastal Salt Air Protection
The Seacoast and Route 101 corridor presents a unique double threat: airborne salt mist from the Atlantic combines with standard road deicing chemicals to create one of the most corrosive environments for concrete in the Northeast. Properties in Exeter, Stratham, and North Hampton need sealers specifically formulated for chloride resistance. We use commercial-grade penetrating sealers that create an invisible chemical barrier against both marine and road salt intrusion.
